How the Portal Works
Free Shipping
Every return is shipped at TrekX's cost. After submitting your return request, a prepaid label is emailed to your account address. Print it, pack your item securely, and drop it off.
Refund Timeline
You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll approve or reject it and notify you by email either way.
Exchange — Exchanges for a different size or colour are processed on the same timeline. Your replacement ships from our warehouse the same day your return is approved.
The Full Policy
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date shown in your order. The clock starts from delivery, not purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be intact. Items that show signs of use may be rejected.
TrekX bears all return shipping costs. You will never be asked to pay for a return label, handling fee, or restocking fee on eligible items.
We offer like-for-like exchanges — same product, different size or colour — subject to stock availability. If your preferred variant is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Products with manufacturing defects or transit damage are eligible for return or replacement regardless of condition, timeline, or packaging status.
Items clearly marked Limited at the time of purchase are excluded from this policy.

Never. Every TrekX return includes a free prepaid label emailed to your account address within one hour of submitting your request. You will never be charged for a return.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1-2 business days after drop-off), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or colour only. To switch to a different product, you need to place a new order.
If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or doesn't match what you ordered, it is eligible regardless of condition or timeline. Describe the issue in the return portal and we'll prioritise your case.
We'll notify you by email with a clear reason. Most rejections relate to item condition or timing. If you believe the decision is incorrect, reply to the rejection email and a returns specialist will review your case within 48 hours.
Labels are emailed to your account address within one hour of submitting your return request. Check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it after two hours, contact us and we'll resend immediately.
Yes. Select all items you want to return from the same order when filling in the portal — one prepaid label covers the whole shipment. Returns from different orders require separate requests.
