The Tempest GTX Pro Shell quietly became one of the more used items during layering tests in rain, wind, and stop-start movement. the comfort stayed consistent between movement and rest stops. That mattered more than I expected. The technical nature of the product assumes a bit of prior experience. For the intended audience, it feels genuinely well judged.
